The terms on which we provide this website. Separate commercial terms apply to any paid engagement, and are signed by both parties.
This page governs use of the Agentsia website only. A paid engagement, a fork of the Modelsmith repository, or a platform licence is governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Agentsia public website at agentsia.ai (the "Site"). They do not apply to, and are expressly superseded by, any separate written agreement between you and Agentsia Ltd governing a commercial engagement, a platform licence, or access to the Modelsmith repository.
2. What the Site is for
The Site exists to explain what Agentsia does, how Modelsmith works, and how to engage with us commercially. It is informational. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a guarantee of performance, or a binding commercial undertaking. Specific commercial terms, including pricing, service levels, deliverables, and remedies, are agreed in writing separately.
3. Permitted use
You may read, link to, quote, and cite material on this Site without asking permission, provided you attribute Agentsia as the source and do not present edited material as a verbatim Agentsia statement. You may not:
- Scrape the Site in ways that substantially burden our infrastructure.
- Use material from the Site to train third-party models in a manner intended to pass off Agentsia's voice as your own, or to misrepresent our positions.
- Bypass or disable any technical protections we may put in place.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, its editorial content, and the Agentsia name and marks are owned by Agentsia Ltd. The Modelsmith software, to the extent accessible via a fork or a licence, is governed by the licence terms in that repository. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership of any Agentsia intellectual property to you.
5. Accuracy and forward-looking statements
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, and we update the roadmap and the approach pages against actual platform state. We do not warrant that every page is free of error at every moment. Forward-looking statements (the roadmap in particular) describe intentions, not commitments. If a specific claim matters to a commercial decision, ask us to confirm it in a written proposal.
6. Third-party material
Where we mention third-party products, companies, or trade marks (for example, Groq, Cerebras, Fireworks, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), we do so in good faith for comparative or illustrative purposes. Trade marks belong to their respective owners. Mention does not imply endorsement, partnership, or commercial relationship unless we say so explicitly.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentsia Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date on the left. Material changes will be described in a short note the first time you visit the Site after the change takes effect.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

These terms are short on purpose. A serious commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that deals with data protection, service levels, indemnities, and remedies at the level of detail that enterprise buyers and enterprise lawyers rightly expect.
