Become the next adtech Modelsmith design partner.

We keep the adtech design-partner cohort intentionally small for teams that want to onboard Modelsmith against a real workflow, with a named engineering counterpart and a co-developed evidence bundle their governance team can review.

Year 1 pricing is £225,000 (£125,000 Tier B licence + £100,000 Specialisation Kickstart). Year 2 reverts to Tier B list. Full structure and worked example on the pricing page.

Design partner engagements are not beta programmes. They are co-development relationships. We invest in your deployment because your real-world feedback shapes what the platform becomes.

Early access to Modelsmith
Access the platform before general availability. Your use case will be the first real-world test of the iterate loop and promotion state machine against production-scale workflows.
Dedicated implementation support
A named implementation engineer from Agentsia works alongside your team through the first training campaign. You are not handed documentation and left to figure it out.
The Synthetic POC, credited in full
Start with a paid £25,000 Synthetic POC to see the platform working on your domain before you sign a Year 1 contract. The fee is credited in full against your Year 1 licence if you convert within 60 days.
Direct input into the roadmap
Design partners attend a monthly roadmap review and provide prioritised input into upcoming capabilities. Agentsia retains final product decisions so the platform stays coherent.
A co-developed evidence bundle
The output of the first campaign is yours to use for internal governance, regulatory review preparation, or vendor evaluation. We help you frame it for whatever audience needs to sign off the model.
Published design-partner pricing
Year 1 is £225,000 total: a £125,000 Tier B licence plus the £100,000 Specialisation Kickstart (all five Professional Services phases, saving £55,000 versus à la carte). Payment is 50% on signature and 50% on Kickstart milestone. Year 2 reverts to Tier B list.

We are looking for teams with a well-defined domain workflow, a subject-matter expert who can review training scenarios, and a willingness to share honest feedback about what does and does not work.

Hardware is not a requirement to apply. We can work on a temporary reference configuration during the Synthetic POC while your procurement runs in parallel.
