Who we are
Agentsia ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at agentsia.uk and the associated Modelsmith platform. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form at /contact, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send. We use this to reply to your enquiry.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (responding to inbound enquiries from prospective customers).
Design-partner application
When you submit an application at /design-partner, we collect your name, work email, company, role, vertical, workflow description, and intended evaluation approach. We use this to assess your application and contact you about the outcome.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (evaluating suitability for the design-partner programme and entering into a pre-contractual relationship).
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use the site. These tools do not use cookies and do not collect personally identifiable information. They record anonymised page-view events and performance metrics only.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (understanding site performance and improving the user experience).
How we store and protect your data
Form submissions are transmitted to Resend (our transactional email provider) and delivered to our internal inbox. We do not store form submissions in a separate database; data is retained in email form.
We retain contact and application data for 12 months from the date of submission. After that period, data is deleted unless a contractual relationship has been established.
The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Vercel acts as a data processor under our instruction. Data transfers to Vercel US infrastructure are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
Who we share data with
We share personal data only with the following sub-processors:
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics) — United States
- Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery) — United States
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability (where processing is automated and based on consent or contract)
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the lawful basis)
